Should the County Attorney go next?

I just read that the County Attorney ran a red light causing an accident. Shouldn't he be fired since he is unable to comply with the laws he is suppose to prosecute and enforce? I believe it is the same stance as the police officers who break the law and are terminated. Does Dubuque agree or disagree?
