The two man Bullet Band is comprised of two original members of the Bullet Band, vocalist and guitarist Jerry Long and vocalist and bass guitarist Mitch Petersen. Both performed with the Bullet Band starting in 1984 and lasting for more than a decade. Jerry and Mitch are now back in a two man acoustic duo. Playing classic country and country rock music including everything from Hank Williams to CCR.
Playing music is what has been in the family for years. We play lots of classic country with the older Rock N Roll and also play the new country.

The Lonely Goats are bringing the fun back to the dance floor. The Goats play a wide variety of songs you might know, sometimes played in completely different styles than you might be used to hearing them, a few originals, and a few songs you might never have heard but definitely should. Statue of Liberty is an Americana/Indie-Pop band based out of Dubuque, IA. The members consist of: Bobby Bradford on guitar/vocals, Marywood Kate on keyboard/vocals, Mark Oberfoell on pedal steel, and Jimmy Berg on percussion/vocals.
Mixing original songs with contemporary and classic covers, this lively band brings a fresh sound and fun atmosphere to every performance. Look for them in and around the Dubuque area.
The Swamp Cats are a 4-piece band based in Manchester that plays a variety of music, including rock ‘n’ roll, country & blues. All four members, including both a 2014 & 2015 Iowa Rock N Roll Hall of Fame inductee & also a finalist in the Texaco Country Showdown competition, are experienced, entertaining musicians who have been in the entertainment business for years. They have previously been members of popular Iowa bands Greenbrier, Crystal Axe, Cousin Eddie, Windfall Jac & The Basics.

We are a duo who can play many of your favorites and then some. We play music from the 40's to the 80's, rock, waltzes, country, oldies, 2 step, polkas and you never know what else might come out. We include Patsy Cline, Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash, and some of the modern day artists like Toby Keith, Anne Murray, Vince Gill, Reba McIntyre, and Clint Black. Of course the Beatles, Beach Boys and many of the performers of the 60's and 70's show up also. Oh and don't forget the Mills Brothers and Andrew Sisters. We try to perform music of all eras. their calendars for Sunday, October 13. Council
Hill Station, that destination for authentic roots
music and cold beer in the rolling hills near Scales
Mound, Illinois, hosts a Fall Music Festival that
Sunday afternoon that is sure to get toes tappin'.
The afternoon gets started at 12:30 p.m. with The
Blackberry Bushes taking the stage at 1 p.m. The
Fever River String Band will jam out some bluegrass
and old-timey favorites at 2 p.m., followed
by a mix of classic and original folk by The Matriarchs
at 3 p.m. The Blackberry Bushes return to
the stage, wrapping up the day from 4 to 6 p.m.
All that authentic music for a $5-10 suggested
donation at the door! In addition to the great
music, Council Hill Station has a great selection
of beers (over 80), sandwiches, soft drinks, wine,
coffee, and tea – something for every taste.
The Drama Kings are a 80's 90's and Today's rock cover band. AC/DC, Buckcherry, Green Day, Luke Bryan, Bryan Adams, Puddle of Mudd, Velvet Revolver, Jason Aldean, Theory of Aa Deadman, Ratt, Scorpians, Poison, Journey, Bon Jovi, Prince, and a ton more.
The Lone Canary is a Folk/Americana duo comprised of Rockford, IL musicians Jesse Fox and Heather Camacho. They have an acoustic, rootsy sound echoing the styles of The Civil Wars, Noah Gundersen, Cory Chisel and Joshua James.
Jesse, a solo artist since 2008, and Heather, who occasionally played and sang with him, officially joined forces in June of 2014 to form The Lone Canary. In the latter half of 2014, they embarked to create their first album together. After 7 months of the recording/producing process, they independently released their debut album in June of 2015. This duo's perfectly matched voices showcase their haunting vocals, singing songs of love and loss, resulting in a well-honed Folk/Americana masterpiece that will woo your music loving soul.

The Upper Main Street Jazz Band was formed in 1987 by the late Dick Zimmer, a well-known area musician and music educator. The six to eight piece band has performed all over the tri-state area, including: The Eagle Ridge Inn, The Dubuque Golf and Country Club, The DeSoto Hotel, The Prarie du Chien Boat Club, University of Wisconsin/Platteville, Clarke University, The Dubuque Arts
Councils’ Artists in Residence series, The Spirit of Dubuque, The Midway Hotel, The Dubuque Inn, The Hotel Julien Dubuque, Diamond Jack’s in Des Moines, Thunder Hills Country Club, Bell Tower Theater, The Holiday Inn-Five Flags, The Iowa State Fairgrounds, The Silver Eagle, Mystique Casino, Pelican Pier, The Dubuque Arboretum, The Grand Opera House, Rainbow Lounge, Hawkeye Bank of Dubuque, DubuqueFest, RiverFest, the Cat Trackers' Catfish Festival, America’s River Festival, The Dubuque County Fair, the Mississippi Moon Bar at Dubuque Diamond Jo, and many events for the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Dubuque Development Corporation.
The music is primarily pre-1940, and includes everything from Big Band to Swing to Polkas to Dixieland. The band's repertoire includes several hundred pieces.
Upper Main Street utilizes several musicians, so the make up of the band varies slightly and allows some flexibility. Generally the core group is made up of Ric Jones, Drummer and Leader; Bill Encke, Guitar; Chuck Bregman, Piano; Bill Rowley, Trumpet; Brian Enabnit, Trombone; David Resnick, Clarinet, Saxophones & vocals; and Mark Oberfoell, Electric Bass Guitar. Megan Gloss is our Lead Vocalist.
Other local legends have performed with the band over the years, including Paul Powers on trombone, Don Boal on guitar, Don Dugan on trumpet, Chuck Crimmins on bass and vocals and the late Rocky Rockhold on piano and vocals.
